The cervical denneroll is a custom neck pillow that is designed to restore proper curvature to the cervical and upper thoracic spine. It is intended for patients with little or no curvature in the upper part of the spine and is made from dense foam. It is available in multiple sizes, and it is important to let your Doctor of Chiropractic determine which one is right for you.

When in use, the denneroll is placed under the patient’s neck while they lie on their back. It may be placed under the lower, middle, or upper neck depending on exactly where the curvature needs to be corrected. In the beginning, the patient typically lays on the pillow for about three minutes per session. Over time, they work up to 20-minute sessions.
