Make sure your screen is positioned at eye level. This ensures that you will not bend your head and neck too far forward while working. Purchase a laptop or monitor stand, or stack books to put your screen at the correct height.

It’s a lot harder to slouch when you are standing, and standing eases nerve pressure while improving your posture. If you can’t replace your desk with a standing desk, try stacking boxes or books to elevate your screen and keyboard high enough to work from a standing position.
